The 352nd Dinner is on Tuesday 18th July and the venue is the Salty's Beach Bar and Restaurant at Water's Edge, Tenby. This is a now under new management. It is at the end of the Esplanade. Parking can be difficult in Tenby so I suggest that the South Beach Car Park, adjacent to Water's Edge, will be the best place. This will be our eighth visit; it was formerly known as the South Beach Bar Grill. Take the first turning into Tenby, A478, the second exit from the new roundabout, marked as North Beach Car Park and Walled Town. When you first see the sea, turn right at the mini roundabout at the Royal Lion Hotel. At the crossroads at St. John's church, go straight across into Warren Street. Pass the Police Staion and carry on to the Railway Station. The road turns left into Station Road. Pass the turning to the Golf Club into Queens Parade. Pass Kinloch Court into Battery Road. The road narrows, turning right and plunging downwards. Pass the residents' entrance to Water's Edge and carry on to the entrance to South Beach Car Park on your left. Turn left when you enter the car park and drive towards the sea as far as you can go. Walk on to Water's Edge and Salty's Beach Bar & Restaurant. We are booked in for a two hour 'slot' between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. SatNav: SA70 7EG |
Get there by 7.00 p.m. on this occasion. If you get lost, phone Philip's mobile: 07484 257762 |
