Our 353rd dinner will be held on Wednesday 16th August and the Venue is the Dragon Palace Chinese Restaurant in Pentlepoir, near Kilgetty. It is our sixth visit and it is very popular in the area. JLT will help us choose a 'banquet' style menu and probably with a crispy duck starter.

      Pentlepoir can be reached from the North via the A478. Get to the roundabout at the start of the Kilgetty Bypass, then continue south following directions to Pentlepoir.

      From the South, travel on the A478 following signs to Kilgetty, which passes through Pentlepoir.

      From the east or west, travel on the A477 until you reach the roundabout at the start of the Kilgetty Bypass. Turn south onto the A478 following signs to Tenby and Pentlepoir.

      The Dragon Palace lies on the north side of the road at the top of the hill in Pentlepoir opposite the B4316 turning to Saundersfoot and the railway station. It has a large car park but it is very busy and double yellow lines have been put on both sides of the road near the venue. Although the car park is large, it can be very full, so park at Kilgetty at 7:00 p.m. and we can go together in one car. Be careful as you enter the Kilgetty carpark; the potholes are very large, very deep and there are large numbers of them!

      Take extra care at the road junction opposite the Dragon Palace as it now has a mini roundabout and the venue is very busy.
